If I were the PM

In Thailand, the Prime Minister is the most powerful position in politics. Every politician all want to be the PM so this can make a lot of problems and arguments if they don't do it according to laws and country's benefits.
Now Thailand has many problems which, in my point of view, are all from the ineffective education. If everyone has an equal capable of studying as high as they could without worrying about money, I believe that this will bring a new form of Thailand. So if I were the PM, I would legislate on scholarships for children until they graduate from bachelor's degrees and the educations in every school must be satisfiable and have identical qualities. Teachers would be more prior than before. They would get the reasonable earnests and welfare so people with great potential would want to become teachers to create a new knowledgeable generation. Then Thai people would know how to choose the right person to govern and develop their country. I would also educate them about morality so that they wouldn't corrupt or be selfish and love Thailand from the bottom of their hearts.
If Thai people really be educated in the right and effective ways, we will can solve every problem such as economy, poverty, crime and politics. When Thais are united and love Thailand, not only themselves, I believe that we can develop our precious country to be much better than we can ever imagine. At that time, the PM may be just a representative of us, not the one who can command everything he/she wants.
